Our interview was on Feb 7th.  We got 221g because they wanted an original divorce document.  We sent back with passports and today we got ISSUED.  Good Luck to everybody.

Awesome! I know you guys are excited and probably busy to open new chapter in your life but would you be able provide us some information about current operation of the embassy? have you seen any florigen applicants or it was mostly Turkish citizens? Also was it crowded or they still operate with minimum capacity because of Covid crises?

It was very crowded. There was lots of middle eastern people as well. They seem to work at full capacity now

If you mean DQ by NVC and you are not turkey resident, probably a while.

If everyone had his/her time line updated, it was much helpful for all of us. You easily can find people with time line similar to yourself!

I am not sure about that. Hopefully that works as well!

We just received the interview letter today for april 3. The problem is the 10 days requirement to be in turkey before the interview date because of the COVID-19 which leaves my 75 years old mom only 4 days to get the ticket, reserve the hotel,  pack up and travel abroad!!!! We might need reschedule it. Unfortunately zero common sense.

Thanks! Jan 23, 2021 was when we recived letter from NVC that your documents are approved and we will schedule your interview.  Almost 14 months for IR-5  but it was particularly because the embassy was not accepting non turkish resident. Now must be shorter than that.
