When in 2022 did you DQ. I am about to send civil documents to NVC. I read 8 months wait time from DQ to interview on Facebook

It was September 2022. NVC is pretty quick to process documents. May I ask where on Facebook did you see 8 months? Is it for EB cases in Ankara post? I'd like to take a look at that Facebook page so I appreciate if you could provide the link. Thanks.

How did you find this information. See attached a timeline from an Iraqi that process EB2-NIW at Ankara last July.

@Damiores That case you mentioned might be just an exception. There are officially more than 761 people in the employment-based category waiting to be interviewed.  The table is from an official court document. Not so great timeline for those waiting in Ankara post.

This number is quite high. Heard wait time could be up to 22 months from another source.

Here are Some Good News everyone.

I have received updates regarding my CR1 visa process from the US Embassy in Ankara. Here are the details:

Documentarily Qualified: I became documentarily qualified on May 4, 2022.

Interview Date: After a wait of ten months, my interview was scheduled for March 2, 2023.

Administrative Processing: Following the interview, my application went into administrative processing, which lasted from March 2, 2023, to May 3, 2023. It took two months for the administrative processing to be completed.

E-Visa Received: Finally, on May 5th, I received the E-Visa.

It is crucial to remember to bring all the original documents that were submitted on the CEAC State site, along with the IRS transcript, W2, and photos as proof of your relationship to the interview. These documents will be essential for your visa interview process.

Good luck everyone and for your loved ones!

Can you please clarify?  Did you not get a CR1 visa sticker in your passport?  As far as I know, the US doesn't issue electronic visas (E-visa) yet.
