Marriage location and overseas

I have two questions.

1. We did the online marriage ceremony. I was in Germany and she was in Vietnam. We later flew out to Thailand and spent a month together. The questions ask where I was and she was..and then the beneficiary sections asks where she and I was. How do I answer this question?

2. I work with the government as a contractor under SOFA status in Germany. I continue my domicile by continuing to pay state taxes correct? and maintaining a driver license?

Which questions specifically?

If you work for the US government and are assigned abroad, you are considered as domiciled in the US.  Check under "What kinds of employment abroad can be counted as U.S. domicile?" -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/i-864-affidavit-faqs.html#aos21

1. You will list your current address and previous address(es).  Then you will list your wife's current address and previous address(es).  You should include a statement of meeting after the online marriage, to demonstrate that the marriage has been "consummated".  You can state it in the Additional Information section (Part 9) or upload a letter.

2.  See answer from @Chancy, above.

The question asks the petitioner under the "Your family" and "Current spouse" section" it asks  "Where were you and your current spouse married?"

I put Germany as that was my physical location. Her physical location was Vietnam. The officiant was in Utah county.

Then under Beneficiary's family and Current spouse it asks "Where were your beneficiary and their current spouse married?"

For hers, I put in United States and Utah County.

I know I need to change that to something else.

I stayed in Thailand with her for 30 days (long vacation) should I list this as time "lived together" or not?

Also, her name has characters with accents in it. Do I put her name in English characters or in the accents? I know at the bottom of the passport and when she flies they take the English version. How about for the i-130?

Put the city listed in your marriage certificate.  The entries for you and your spouse beneficiary should match.

Enter your spouse's legal name in English.  The I-130 form has a separate section for the beneficiary's name written in their native alphabet.

If you mean under address history, then no -- you were vacationers in Thailand, not residents.

Do submit documents and photos from your time together in Thailand as evidence of your bona fide relationship.
