RFE is as follows:

Submit a letter of employment attesting to the principal's current employment. This letter should be written on the company's official letterhead, citing the date the applicant began working,if a permanent fulltime position, the position offered, the position the applicant is currently working and the salary offered. Include coroborating evidence such as recent pay stubs, income tax returns with all W2s.

I have a question here related to sentence Include coroborating evidence such as recent pay stubs, income tax returns with all W2s.

In addition to EVL, do we need to send all the years Income tax returns and W2s? or recent year (2006) income tax returns and w2 are enough? and also how many pay stubs do we need to send (in the letter they mentioned recent pay stubs)?

We applied our 485 around mid of 2004. Submitted my spouse's income tax returns and W2s till 2003 (our Labor prioirty date is Oct 2001)

Wait, your applied for AOS in 2004 and you only just got an RFE? What's been going on with your case?

Wait, are you getting a Green Card through marriage to a US citizen, or through work? A few more details on your case would help us help you.

My guess would be that they require more up to date information on your financial status. I would send them everything they ask for, including all your recent tax returns/W-2s.

I sent a letter from my employer, my school (I'm a teacher), @ 3 paystubs, my 2006 taxes & W2s.

Ours is employment based..My spouse is primary applicant and I am dependent

Recent tax returns means 2006 tax returns with W2 sufficient and 2 to 3 months pay stubs sufficient?
