2yr greencard issued instead of 10yr

My visa was approved after refused on june 24,2021  2 months after my second wedding anniversary i entered the country 7/4/2021 I received my green card it expires 2023 Shouldn’t i have received 10yr green card ? How do i fix this ?  My visa stamp in passport says c1 instead of IR 
i was married march 27 2019

File an I-90, and mark the box for USCIS error.  USCIS will correct the card.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

In previous discussions on similar cases, some have argued that CBP needs to correct  the admission status before USCIS will accept the I-90.  If so, you would go to a CBP deferred inspection office, pray that the A-team is on shift, and get a correct stamp / endorsement.  
 

A copy of this,  plus your marriage certificate, would then be part of the evidence submitted with I-90.

Had the same thing happen to Kid2. Do as Crazy Cat said - file the I-90 with the correct supporting evidence. They’ll issue a new GC without fees.
