Biometrics reused

I read that there are some people who applied N400 and their biometrics was reused. I am going to submit mine this month and the The last time I had my biometrics was late of 2016 when I filed for my removal of condition. I hope they will waive mine too because the last time was 3 hrs away from me.

Good luck.  There is really no way of knowing whether they will waive the fingerprint requirement and reuse the old ones.

they did suspend till May of 2023 for the I 539

but for N 400 the photo that is taken at the biometric appointment is the photo that appears on the naturalization certificate 

and fingerpirnts must be matched for someone to become a citizen

mine is close to a 3 hr drive as well and its hard to take time off from my job an same with my husband who has to drive us in that crazy Dallas traffic,
