Hi, I am filing N-400 and have some questions, can someone help me out?

1) From page 2 to 20 I cannot type in A-number, so I fill out where I can( only Page 1) and print out my form then manually handwriting the A number on it. I used black ink.

I also cannot type in the name I want to change to, occupation, and apt number, therefore I also hand writing those information. Mixing between handwriting and typing are ok or not do you know?

2) I have some additional information to add, do you know how to add the additional information sheet? Like where to get the format and where to put it- at the end after the page 20 of N400 form?

3) If the divorce is filed on a different date than the certified date, which date between filed date and certified date is the divorce date?

Thank you in advance!!!

Your form n400 can be filed online under your USCIS account. There, you'll have the option of inputting all the relevant details without issues as well as uploading the necessary documents. 2. The additional sheet is at the end of the form. For each additional information, make a notation of the number you're adding the information to so that whosoever is reviewing your application knows what questions you are replying to. I hope some one can answer your third question as well as I hope you find the information useful.

Thank you Yan Yan.

1) I have tried but dont know why I cannot type in some parts of the form therefore I have to fill out what I can then print out the copy and write on the area I cannot type.

2) Do you have to sign and date on the additional sheet?

Thanks!

Wow.... I know usually once you sign in under ur uscis account and click file a form, the corm would normally auto generate based on the answers you input and that way the form would be adjusted accordingly... However to solve the issue of not being able to type into the form completely, you can use Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Acrobat DC pro to fill the form out in its entirety. To answer your second question, I doubt it you'd have to sign and date the additional sheet as using Adobe, your name would've been input already based on the details you input while filling out the form.
