Hi,im confused on the rfe we got for my k2 after we filled aos together,i filled our aos last august 2021,everything is separate folder for ,aos, ead and travel EXCEPT THE I-864 form.i made only one affidavit of support and i-864 and put my name as the principal .

The rfe stated that i did not  submit an i-864 for my k2.

its says here

“properly completed and signed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the petitioning
sponsor, listed on Form I-130 or Form I-129F. Even if a joint sponsor will be used, the petitioning sponsor must
submit Form I-864. (Form I-134 is not acceptable for Adjustment of Status.) In order to process your
application further, you must:
• Submit a completed and signed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, from the petitioning sponsor. All
pages must be present and of the latest edition date.
• Provide the petitioning sponsor's Social Security Number on Form I-864.
• Provide a complete and correctly calculated household size on Form I-864.
• Submit a complete copy of the petitioning sponsor's Federal income tax return and all supporting tax
documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules) for the most recent tax year.

• The evidence you submitted and USCIS records do not establish that you have an immigrant visa immediately
available to you. Submit evidence that an immigrant visa is immediately available to you. Such evidence may
include your Form I-130 approval notice, evidence of your petitioner's current status, or any other documents
that may support your claim to an immediately available immigrant visa.
• Submit evidence of the relationship between the beneficiary, Ross Cabrera, and the petitioner.
• Natural parent relationship - a copy of the petitioner's birth certificate showing the beneficiary as a
natural parent
• Step parent relationship - a copy of the beneficiary's marriage certificate indicating that the beneficiary
and one natural parent of the petitioner married before the petitioner reached the age of 18.”

after researching i found some stating i have to copy my i-864 then send it .and there are some stating i have to copy my i-864 then make a separate i-864 for k2 and put him as a principal. Is there anyone here who can help on how to response on this rfe?
