- Further evidence of relationship (including pics/what we did the last 5 months he was here)

- Acro/subject acsess report and a written statment about an arrest I had at 15.

- Passport

- Birth certificate

- Marriage certificate/ decree for past marriage.

- A complete I-134 including all my partners fathers info as he will be co sponsering.

- Petition affirmation papers that were hand signed on 23rd Nov before he left the country.

- Evidence of paying & appointment letter.

- Completed DS- 160 print out

I have also made copies of the orignal documents.

Is there anything else I am missing.

Bring copies of the birth, marriage, divorce certificates and let the CO collect those after viewing originals.  Do not surrender the originals as you will need them for the I-485 interview.  And possibly the port of entry.

I am not sure what a petition affirmation paper is.

There is no reason to not have more recent statements of “intent to marry within 90 days of entering  the USA on your K-1 visa”.   Each of you can print, sign, and date the statement. In the case of the US citizen, that statement can be sent to you electronically and you can print it locally for the interview.

I had my interview today. They required Passport, One Passport Photo (US Size), ARCO Police Report, Birth Certificate (Not the short form version most people have -  google this), I-134 Form and Sponsor Information, and a letter of Intent to Marry from my Fiancée. That was all they required - Original copies of all and they give you those copies back at the end. Passport and I-134 is retained.

Was literally over in about 5 minutes - took me longer to get through security on the way in.
