Change address not working AR11

Hi There,

I'm at my wits-end here.  I'm currently awaiting my PR card in the mail.  We just moved, so I went to the website to change the address.  I selected IVF and entered in my IOE# that was on my IVF receipt and it's saying it's all invalid.  I entered in about two dozen other receipt numbers from my 900 documents for this CR1 visa, and nothing is valid.  I tried using the IOE# for the I130 form too, but it didn't accept that either.

 

HELP!

I am assuming you are referring to the USCIS immigrant fee you payed before or after entering the US with your CR1 visa?

If so, and you payed that fee, then use that receipt number to check status here:

 

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

 

See what it states.  If it shows that the card was printed and sent, then the that case number is no longer pending.  If it is still processing then you should be able to use that number for the AR-11. 

 

If it is issued, then I believe you have to select "no" for the question "Have you filed an immigration-related application or petition and have not yet received a decision notice, card, or document?"  Then proceed with the address change and include the A- number.  You should have the A- number information from the CR1 visa.
