Hey guys ..I have same lease with my wife but she and my son whom we have together lives there but I live close to my job because it’s kind of far from there with a friend.. I only visit on weekends or she visits or weekdays if there is an emergency and my mails go to where she lives but I file head of household in my taxes with the address while she files separately with our son as dependent.. is this really bad as I want to file N400?

It would be wise to speak of “being home” on weekends rather than “visiting”   From what you have told us , it seems that you have your “home” with your family and a good reason for a second residence due to work   You may need to be asked to explain why you use the secondary residence for tax purposes .. or you may not!  Does the IRS tax transcript even have your filing address on it ? or just name, filing status and SSN

You're doing your taxes wrong.  You can not file as head of household.  You need to either file as married filing separately or married filing jointly.

Depending on whether you are applying under the 3 years rule or not.  Gonna look bad under the 3 years rule.
