I'm a US citizen petitioning my wife using an I-130. we have all documents and everything. with the exception, that the marriage certificate states my place of birth as Ontario, when it should be India. I'm assuming the person mistyped ON instead of IN in their system. should we just submit application now? it can take a while to get amended copy. Looking for feedback, and thanks

You....COULD....submit now, and then send the amended copy when you get an RFE, but you WILL most likely receive an RFE, for a document with correct information.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
