Yeah usually tier 1 officers have as much information as you and I have. Don't sweat it, just go to the interview and see what happens.

Plus, what new documents will they see? All your documents were submitted prior to your approval.

No, they haven’t. The baby wasn’t born yet and we just got married.
I’m sorry, I feel terrible really.

The proof of pregnancy was part of the expedite request. The baby is 6 weeks, they approved the petition early December and the expedite was requested in October.

Ok, now I understand. I think the agent you talked to had no idea of what he was saying haha. Just attend the interview, no need to panic, everything will be just fine. Congrats on the baby!

Thank you.

I’m a bit afraid they have find something derogatory and they intend to revoke the green card, but I can’t really think of what.

If it was issued by mistake they might cancel the one you have and issue a new one once they review and approve your case.

If the mistake was actually scheduling an interview, they'll just make a note on your file and that's it.

In any case, no point worrying about it.

Thank you. I’m really sorry, I’m extremely fragile right now and this situation completely threw me off.

Take care of yourself.   Easier said than done, with a new baby.  As your spouse is deployed, are you completely alone here? Any friends/family to help?

Honestly, to me the issue sounds administrative in nature, rather than an actual problem with the evidence.

I wonder if you could get some help from the military immigration service?

I have never heard of the AOS interview being waved.  They sent you a card by mistake.  They are requiring you to attend an interview because everyone is required to attend the interview.

I have only seen the removal of conditions (ROC) interview being waved for those who adjusted status.  This is because USCIS has interviewed the person at least once.

The military service is clueless. And I’m here mostly by myself.

if the issue is just the interview it’s fine, in the end our marriage is bona fide and we merged our life, besides our little one.

If it matters at all, I've seen people have their initial interviews waived too. Doesn't seem to be happening too often, but all observations are purely anecdotal obviously.

Hi to all!

I have a peculiar situation. On December 3rd my AoS was approved without interview and I currently have my card in hand.

today they scheduled an interview and the customer service told me they approved me by mistake and can revoke my status.

Anyone know what might happen next?

Nobody here is a soothsayer unfortunately and another person’s experience may not have the same outcome as yours. We can only speculate.

As some have advised you, simply prepare for the interview and show up.

Good luck!

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!
