My husband lives here in the states. My income is 23,000 and I have 2 dependent, which I am not able to sponsor him. But my husband cousin has a 30,000 income with no dependent. My question is she able to sponsor him? am I supposed to be included on her income ? I am so confused, please help. Thanks in advanced.

If his cousin is a USC, then yes, she can sponsor him. And no, you're not included in her household size.

Are you asking about sponsorship for a US visa for your husband?  But he is already living in the US?  Please clarify.

Well, either you filed the wrong profile info or you don't have to AOS because he's here on a CR1 visa. Please be more explicit if you want precise information.

But did you really apply for a IR-1 CR1 visa? How did he enter the US? Knowing that information is CRUCIAL to your question. Please don't have us pulling the information from you. We want to help. How did he come here? Where is he from?
