K1 visa but fiancé was previously working on tourist visa

My girlfriend is from Indonesia and she came here in December 2019. She flew to California and spent a couple weeks with her family. She then flew to Florida and helped a family friend at their restaurant. She got paid to help there and stay there for two months. I’m at her in January 22 of 2020. We dated for a few weeks in Florida. Then she came to live with me in Michigan. She left in June 2020 Before her tourist visa expired.

 

She tried to come visit me on January 2021 but they confiscated her phone because she worked on a tourist visa and sent her back to Indonesia. But she is not Barred they just cancelled her visa. 
 

should this info be include or in number 54? 
what is everyone’s advice. 
we have lots of evidence of being together and she is an amazing woman. I spent 6 weeks in Indonesia with her and her family in April to June of 2021.

Item# 54 on the I-129F form is about the circumstances of your in-person meeting within the past 2 years.  Since you presumably did not meet in person in Jan 2021 when she was denied US entry, do not include it on item# 54 of the form.  Focus on what the form is asking for, which is your actual meeting sometime in Jan to Jun 2020.

 

That said, your GF must disclose her illegal work, denied entry, and cancelled visa on her DS-160 visa application form when the case is transferred to the consulate.  But no need to provide those details on the I-129F petition.
