Each consulate sets there own rules so it is best to get a specific answer but typically it is a document presented at interview......

you need to bring it at the interview! important things to remember your petitioner will sign there and been notarized! hope it helps

Oh so when time comes to go for the interview My fiance ( who will be with me ) can actualy sign it there and it would be notorized at the same time

The US Citizen signs it in front of a notary, they can find notaries at many banks. They may also be able to sign and get it notarized at the consulate, but is best to do it well before the interview.

he needs to sign it and been notarized before the time of your interview, the place where he lives, if he comes with you at your inteview thats fine if not he need to send it to you right a way and present it in the immigration during your interview!!!that was my fiance did...

ok cool thank you for all the help , as long as I dont have to send it in with package 3 ( since the preparation for i 134 is goin to take a lil time , and MTL take an average of 6 month for interviews gives me more then enough time to get documents ready ,) am happy
