Definitely bring all documents with you to the interview just in case they ask. But they most likely will not. They focus on just asking the civics and English test questions and making sure you are properly eligible (physical presence etc). They did not ask to see any documents at my citizenship interview, but I had EVERYTHING with me (including AoS forms, all approval letters etc.)

I agree with taking everything 5 year basis does mean that you avoid the marriage aspect.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I am a contrarian.  My n-400 interview was on the basis of being married 5 years.  Since I had a divorce from the petitioner I had to bring proof of bonafide marriage.  The IO was satisfied with the birth certificates of the children we had together.

There has been more then one member who was ask to supply evidence of bonafide marriage at the 5 yr interview.  Anytime someone got their GC through marriage there is a chance they can be asked for proof.

Best be prepared that way you may avoid an RFE.
