I doubt anyone would trust a doctor they do not know at all for surgery on the FACE when you can travel to a doctor you know well and knows your case. Plus, finding a doctor in the US and getting referrals (plus, doing all of the medical exams again), would take forever. 

Plus the OP was just asking about traveling abroad after receiving an NTA not about his medical treatment decisions.

A patient is entitled to use what medical service and physician they are comfortable with. The fact that there are are competent excellent doctors in America who did a great job on you  doesn’t mean the original poster has to limit themselves to USA 🇺🇸. We haven’t even mentioned cost which could be a reason.

 

Please let’s allow the OP to decide what works best for them.
