Any one apply or have experience for N400 interview based on vawa

I am familiar with it. In terms of evidentiary burden, it is similar to 5 year rule. Though some officer seems to ponder beyond the N400. It is due to the lack of agency-wide guidance on the sensitive nature of the case. As long as you have all the documents, you should be fine.

Usually an interview is similar to a five year rule interview. As I have stated before, some officers seem to be unaware of this specific class of benefit. In that case, they try to go into the dynamics of the pre-AOS etc. Most of the time, they are just curious. Keep you documents with you in any case. Nothing to worry.

Kab hai interview?
