If your husband is petitioning for you to come to the USA and only one petition was filed, that petition was an I-130. It will not result in a K3 visa. If only one petition was filed, the result will be a CR1 visa. Only a later filed I-129F petition can result in a K3 visa.

If you are married, you are married. You do not have to get married again in Texas. If you want to have some kind of ceremony to reaffirm or celebrate your marriage, that is not "marry again".

If you come here on a visitor visa, you cannot stay longer than your visitor visa allows. You must return to your country for the spouse visa interview. There is no guarantee, even with a visitor visa, that you will be allowed to enter the US for a visit.

I suggest you ask your husband to join the group as well. He'll be better able to ask questions and receive answers.

Definitely to not try to come on a visitors visa and adjust status. That is visa fraud and will result in a ban. Try to get more details about which petitions were actually filed. If your husband applied in February, and just an I130, its not all that strange that you are still waiting for approval.

Is it possible for your husband to ask and answer questions on here? We are having trouble understanding your posts, and in order to give correct advice it's essential to understand everything you're trying to tell us.

You seem to asking about the next step you will be doing. The foreign spouse does not have to do anything until the visa application is sent to them from the embassy if the USC is chosen as the agent for NVC processing, which is often advisable. I'm not sure how to say that simply enough to be clearly understood though.
