Watch that imperfect answer, miss 😉

Imperfect as in “this is not what I want to read, even though this person has first hand experience with an F1 visa”?😂😂😂

So you Father is going to fund your studies, that is certainly possible. Now to what effect an immigrant application could have would depend on the totality of the situation.

But here people are saying there is no financial sponsor available for f1 visa. But my true intention is to study. Infact for this i130 i m in the middle of a situation where i cant decide if i admit in my home coubtry or not

There is no sponsor as in the I-130.
If your father has the money to pay upfront and can prove it, then you can apply.
Your true intention is not to study because you have a pending I-130. Your ultimate goal is to live in the US.
The goal of an F1 is to come, study, and then go back to your home country, with which you’ve proved some strong ties. Can you see the catch 22?

Probably not many available to foreign students.  My son graduated from UC Berkeley (as an out of state student), and international students pay full price at Berkeley.

Some students (like I did) can have assistantships. Especially graduate students. You work on campus (allowed by the visa, if I recall correctly it was something like 20 hours a week or so), and the program I attended a WVU did offer a discount for international students

Wait until you are eligible for the visa you have been petitioned for, like everyone else in line.

Yes a a student i dont have funds. My father has. So my father is my sponsor. And that is not even my question.  My question is is it worth for tryting for a student visa while i130 is apprved?  Will they provide me the visa or say you have immigrant intention

All you can do is apply and see and then come back and tell us what happened.

Chekc it out. I am talking about sponsor

From  that site

the 1st year funds need to be in an account in your name and yes a parent can pay but by time you WOULD interview ,  u have to show full 1st year funds in your name.

You have to show one-year funds for whatever duration course you are going to. One year Tuition fees + One year Living Cost. This cost is typically mentioned on your I20. Before I20 you would have it on the college website.

To even start there is an application fee (no refund )

If accepted there is a fee to hold your place at the college Part of your deposit

the college would then furnish a I 20 (needed to apply for student visa)

and u gather the documents needed to apply F1

1. the I 20

2. the proof of tuition,  room and board costs ,  money for college fees like lab fees,  health fees, books,  etc

3.  money for the visa

and after all this the F1 is temporary and u have a pending immigrant visa and could be denied the F1

If your intention is to study and return to your home country, then the best course is for your father to cancel the I-130 and you apply for the F1 after the I-130 is cancelled.

That will demonstrate to the embassy that you had a clear path to resident status but you consciously decided against it and focus on studying at a great institution and return to live in your home country.  This will have a better chance to get the F1.  You will still need to demonstrate that you have the first year of tuition and expenses in your savings.  Your father can send you that money or open a joint account with that money.

Your posts are becoming more comical.  They show how desperate you are to come to America.

Have you looked into the process of getting a student visa?  Probably not.

Get accepted into a program, show them that you can pay for your cost of tuition and living, and get an I-20.

With the I-20, you can file for a student visa.

A student visa is a non-immigrant visa and you will need to show your intention to return home after finishing your degree.  You will also need to show that you are a bona-fide student, and that you are not using this as a pretense to immigrate to the US.

I suspect you'll be back soon with another way to jump the line to come to the US.

Yes.  So?  Do you think the consulate won't see through an NIV application as a way to jump the queue?

You have to wait your turn, like everyone else.

Oh boy wait until you read his previous post about the DNA test.
This OP is very high maintenance and gets upset when he doesn’t get the answers he wants to read.
