Was your application forwarded by USCIS in April 2022? or DOS uploaded it in April? In my case DOS took 5 months just to upload an electronic communication (i-612/i-613) with USCIS.

April 2021: filed USCIS 

September 2021: USCIS on hold 
September 2021: DoS received 612 613

as of today status: PENDING 

congressional inquiry: just wait, man. first come first serve. 

Very frustrating.

Hello, my case was sent to DOS at Feb 2022, and it was received at April 2022.

Yeah. I doubt they will ever do it, because it will be well outside of their estimated processing times.

I just was always under an impression that once the USCIS forwards the I-612/613, that meant that they did find an extreme hardship, so I dont understand how there still can be 7 Unfavorables.

Typically cases that received Government funding. For example, Fullbright cases always request sponsor views and these are often negative and political. Did you receive government funding either from the US or your home country?
