Does anyone know what's going on at USCIS? Their I-612 processing time is drastically getting longer. When I applied, the processing time was 10 months and they have been increasing it to 15.5 months....I feel so hopeless with the process.

Oh wow! When I applied I think it was 8, but because I got RFE it was 10 for me but it was back in 2022. I would try to expedite with USCIS because with them there is a chance or congressional inquiry. I wonder if they get tons of I-612. I am sorry feel your pain…

I think it varies based on who the sponsor is. From the cases I've monitored, Fulbright tends to take much longer (2-6 months) and some sponsors take a week.

Or do you mean once DOS receives the sponsor views, when they make a decision? Based on the cases above, usually 1-2 weeks once they get the SV back.

I also monitored other cases and I think actually Fulbright took like a month or so, and then you are right 1-2 weeks for results.

Did you get your sponsor views? I think yours was June 2022 case? Did they send sponsor views?
