Sorry to hear that you're going through this lengthy process. It sounds really challenging. If it's been several months without an update, I would suggest reaching out to them via email for a status update. Additionally, contacting your local congress office might be a good idea; they often have liaisons who work specifically with USCIS and can provide some assistance or insight. Stay patient and proactive. Wishing you the best of luck!

Tried multiple senators. All failed to move dos despite best tries. DOS copying pasting same replies from last year.

I am sorry you are going through this, but this is honestly an expected denial given that you received gov funding. I would not have filed for a NO waiver if I were you, I would have chosen the hardship route from the beginning.

As for the sponsor views, no one knows for sure. Since the basis of the waiver request is different, they will probably weigh the hardship against program and policy considerations and decide again.

I agree! Our attorney led us wrong and became a waste of time, now the hardship route.

Honestly I just reviewed some cases from the FB page we have and it seems that those people who got denied their NOS were later hopefully it is the same for you-they get approved. I haven’t seen in their timeline sponsor views, so I hope your case will be reviewed asap. When did you file hardship? Apologies if it was already mentioned earlier.

Have not yet filed, gathering all documents currently. I will likely put the No Objection from the home country in as evidence as well.

Hi @nmanc33

I am in an in exact same situation as you. Denied NOS and pending hardship. Lets keep each other posted on this. I am not sure if a new Sponsor View request will be sent out.

Yes, it would be great to keep each other posted! I am gathering documents now and will file in the next few weeks.

What department of the ECA funded you? (ECA/x/x)

So the only option is to sue them? That's crazy. Has anyone done a group suing like altogether suing them? :)

There is a class action lawsuit going on for another type of waiver , I think I-601, also for the excessive delay in processing.
