Yeah I just checked that one too, that is unfortunate :( There is one more who got yesterday NFR from January 2023.

January 2023 case that got NFR was pretty recent kinda of on time too. So I think it just depends on the case itself how strong it is based on evidences etc.

Yeah. If I were to speculate, I would say that they have some secondary review process for the cases that they can not approve or reject right away. 

Some cases from mid 2022 are still pending… how long does it take now for gov sponsored cases does anyone know? There was one case from like Jan 2022 approved this month with gov sponsored case.

So it is ok to use the same statement that I send to USCIS? It's fairly long.
