Menawhile see payment moves from pending to confirmed or if it disappears. 

Great news. Finally the payment cleared. And so it seems, the page started working on its own. :-)

The payment was successful. Cleared the bank as well. For some reason it took a few days to clear. But as soon as it did, the USCIS page stated working again. Thank you.

It showed the 500 Error the whole time except in "Profile" page. I tried again and it worked this time. Must have been a backend error or a payment pending thing.
