Someone from the forum who can help me happens that I move and change my address in USCIS, but a few days ago when reviewing my case online, they said that they scheduled an interview for my adjustment of status and that they sent me a letter to follow up on the directions, so I called USCIS to ask why that letter did not arrive and they told me that that letter was not sent to my old address so now I do not have access to the mailbox of my old address every time that house was sold, so I feel lost because my interview was already scheduled for January 18, I don't know how I can get a copy of that letter if someone can help me resolve my situation. I appreciate it.

Have u change your address with USPS ? I think it’s $1. For government ID they won’t send it to the new address but for mailing they will do it for you

can u check ur online account ? Perhaps they have it there on document tab?

call Emma and asked them to resend it to the new address

There's no charge to fill out the form at USPS form 3575 at post office

the $1.10 fee is to fill out the online change which is a charge to verify your ID

If you are close to the old house and feel comfortable to do it,  u could contact the new owner's and ask them to call if u get a letter

Do you think there is some way that USCIS sent me this letter to my email? I am worried because on the 18th I have the interview but I do not know where it is, even I had already changed my address before they scheduled my interview but it seems that they did not they changed it unfortunately I moved from California to Texas

They won’t send it to ur e-mail. Try call USCIS. Do u have friend who live nearby in the old house ? Perhaps u can ask them to go to the old house and ask the new owner

Chat with EMMA online (USCIS chat bot) and state your interview has been scheduled but you did not receive your IL (you can also request to chat with a live agent by the way after initiating the chat with EMMA). Request they send you a copy by email. I’m on another forum where filers have successfully received copies of their missing/undelivered interview letters this way

Thank you very much for your comment I hope I have the same luck as the others

 Merry Christmas
