so we filed our i-130 and got the NOA1

WHEN FILING THE I-129F the k3 visa ;

-do we need to answer the question about circumstances of in person meeting?

-do we need to send all the evidence we uploaded with the i-130 or just the i-130 NOA1 , i-129f , passport photos and nationality proof?

This might be helpful, and as far as I know, these are separate filings, so all the I129F documents/evidence is required even if it is duplicated from the I130.

From USCIS

https://www.uscis.gov/family/family-of-us-citizens/k-3k-4-nonimmigrant-visas

However, because USCIS now takes less time to adjudicate the Form I-130, the current need for K-3 and K-4 visas is rare.

don't worry about the I 129 for Tunisia,   frontload the petition with proofs of the relationship as that will be more important

and make sure the spouse has done all her tax returns even though she lives in Tunisia ,   she is obligated to file US taxes
