People in February getting theirs right now, Atlanta seems slow in all months.

 

Ok so that gives me some insight for mine.  I’ve noticed the 3 year marriage rule gets a preference over the 5 year based.

 

I’m assuming yours was based on 5 year residency?

 

Did you do paper filing or online?

 

I’m 3 months after you based on 5 year residency and filed online.

I just followed your timeline, :) so I wanna see if you get your interview letter soon. I truly hope this isnt a glitch but someone said in another forum the one for march that they announced they would be making changes to the timeframe sooooooooo i think its right? So in 27 days if you dont hear anything you can do a case inquiry.

 How do you check? I filed on December 29, 2021 based on 3 years Rule. Baltimore MD is my field office.

U have to log into your uscis account online to check the status. Not just check status but log into your account. If u don’t have one create one and add your case number in and go look. All cases started out with 13 months.
