Eligibility is not 18 months.  Where are you getting that?

What is the "resident since" date on your green card?

you must be in the US 3 years (minus 3 months) with the green card to be eligible / not 3 years married

when was your POE

for a spouse of USC

  • Have been a lawful permanent resident for the past three or five years (depending on which naturalization category you are applying under)\

You can only file what you have. When you have filed for 2021 taxes, you can add that transcript to your application through your “myuscis” account

Apply now, upload the third return after you file it

It will be next fall before anybody looks at your application
