Wife did biometrics for I-751 in April 2019.  I don't recall ever seeing "Fingerprints Taken".  However, wife received a notice that I-751 biometrics were reused the same day she filed the N-400.  I-751 status never changed from "Case is Ready....." until after the N-400 combo.

Thank you. That gives me a bit of hope for a combo interview.

The Dallas Field Office emailed us 2 days before the N-400 interview to inform us it would be a combo.  Luckily, I had already prepared for such.

I added a letter requesting a combo interview and uploaded last year's taxes not too long ago. Still got an interview date.

Yes, you can write.  If you submitted the N400, it might be best to just upload it.  I believe CrazyCat did that.

If you want to do that, I don't see an issue with it.  I would send it with a receipt notice and a signature required card.

Most people if they do submit a request for combo interview upload it with their N400 application. That's  what we did too. I guess it could not hurt to mail it too. Just seems a bit unnecessary since you already submitted one. It's your choice of course.

I didn't know about the option to submit a request for a combo interview until I learned about it here. So I submitted it 2 months after submitting the N400 application. I guess I'm worried they may have missed the request.

You uploaded it in the unsolicited document section right?
