If I do this now will I reset my n400 date? Or hurt my timeline in anyway. I applied back in 11/22 for n400

I don't  see why that would reset it you would upload as an additional document. Is your timeline correct it's  showing no NOA or Biometrics info for your N400 filed 11/2022?

I updated it

Got interview scheduled for N400 so assuming it’s a combo interior!

From what I've read you should make sure to take your spouse and then also ask the officer at the beginning of the interview if it is a combo interview. Some folks seem to have ended up in purgatory of no decision if they only do the N400 interview and don't realize you have a pending 751.

My wife has just received a duplicate I-797 NOA, basically the same travel extension latter we got about a year ago. Is that normal? Does it mean anything?

The same thing happened to me! After a few days i got a letter for an interview so hopefully it’s a good sign for you

Well, I guess it is moving forward maybe but I was hoping they would waive the interview.

The letter doesn’t say the spouse should go, that’s interesting. My husband has an important obligation he can’t get out of (i was able to get out of it). So if the spouse is really needed, we may have to reschedule which I’d hate to do

By hook or crook your spouse needs to go, do not reschedule, you need to get it while the getting is good!

You have to bring your spouse unless you want your case to get derailed.

If your husband got sick, would he still go to fulfill his obligation? Or would he reschedule it? It's all in your hands.

Your options at this point are to either try to reach a Tier 2 agent to confirm this is a combo interview (possibly hard to actually get connected to one between now and your interview and not sure if this is even a valid reason in their eyes to get a callback), reschedule the interview, or get your spouse to change their plans.

There have been enough reports of interview reschedule/missing an interview completely derailing both GC and citizenship cases, so I would strongly advise you to make this appointment work. The way to think about this is not like missing a doctor's appointment, but more like keeping driving while a police car is trying to pull you over or failing to appear to appear in court on a felony charge. All of your hard work up to this point could be derailed if you don't attend with your spouse.

Best case is you show up without your spouse and they reschedule, worst case is they ding you for failure to appear and consider your case abandoned and initiate removal proceedings. None of us are trying to scaremonger here, but interview attendance is beyond critical in this process.
