We are kinda beating this bank statement issue to death. If you look at the instructions for the I-751 under "Evidence  of Relationship" It says in that paragraph to submit documents from the date of marriage to the present date! So if a person followed these instructions  that would include  monthly bank statements from the marriage date up until  you sent your ROC. Granted folks have sent less and there was no problem same as folks sending monthly statements and there was no problems. However, search VJ and you'll  see where folks use to get RFEs for not sending monthly statements.

All we really care about is getting approved. If you got approved sending  quarterly  statements or less hoorah. If you got  approved sending  in monthly statements  hoorah too. But you must let the filer make their own mind up how they want to do it. Don't  tell them it's overkill when it comes right out of the  instructions!

Thank you always for your input and wisdom!

I filled a service request today because we still haven't received the biometrics notification. I'll update when I have any news.

That request will jar your bio-metrics loose. I suspect in a week or two you should have something. Mine only took a few days and it magically appeared and was waived!

After you submit the SR for missing document. Watch it magicly  appear in a few weeks! No need to wait till morning do it right now!

Thanks for the tip.  The case was just updated to: Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken.  Does that mean the fingerprints are waived (I assume they used our last biometrics for the AOS and applied it to the I-751)?  Here's the rest of the message:

Quote

As of April 21, 2022, fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case.

I finally submitted my service request last week as well, on the 14th. We'll see if we can make it four cases!

Add one more to the list. Filed in early December and submitted the SR based on the instructions in this thread, updated less than a week later to show they were taken - thanks all!

My card will be here today. And no I didn’t expedite. I was prepared to wait at least a year. Good luck to everyone!

Congrats! That is amazingly fast.
