I wasn't notified. I just did a SR for a missing biometric letter (but in reality I just wanted them to look at my file and either tell me to do biometrics or waive them), and that seems to have pushed them to look at my file. By the end of the following week I got a notification that biometrics were being waived.

Thanks guys.  Maybe I'll do an SR too if I don't hear from them soon just in case.  I think it just hasn't gotten there yet since the case status hasn't said anything about the biometrics, but I don't want to miss the letter and be denied either if I haven't heard from them in a few months about it.

Do yourself a solid and do the SR  NOW! You've already waited over 60 days. Do the SR. As what was pointed out it causes them to look at your file. I did the SR too and a few days later boom biometrics  wavied, after 60+ days! , Do it now, does not hurt and you only can gain, not lose!

So when submitting the SR, what did you put under "Notice Type"? There is a dropdown menu with options "Appointment, Approval, Denial, RFE, Other". Does it even matter? Our NOA was 100 days ago...

I think I chose "appointment"and typed somewhere that I never received an appt for biometrics.

Wow.  I hope ours is approved......     we sent maybe 1/4 of that volume!   😅  Both of our other petition packets were quite streamlined, so maybe we'll get lucky again 😉

I’m so glad I saw this. I’m about to send mine so have been scrolling through other months and having a near heart attack and the amount others are sending compared to ours! We are a young couple but we don’t have loads of things to send, no kids etc so I hope we will be ok!

It's not the quantity of the documents you send, but it's the quality! I just so happened to have boo coo documents! 😊You'll be fine!

Hi there! It will be ok, not everybody has a large amount of documents to send. Plus, as @Sarge2155 has very well said, it is not about the quantity but rather quality. Do not focus on what you do not have; focus on what you DO have instead.

Are you going to submit your bank statements for every month not just  quarterly? That should provide quality and bulk, if that would ease your mind!
