Well, VJ just sent me an approval estimate. Last week it was Nov 2022. Right now it is at Nov 2023! I better not check again next week for fear it will add another year!

Yeah I turned that off as the dates were outrageously long!

I'm not sure what VJ uses.

For those of us that are still waiting for a Biometrics notice, you can try to put in a service request. They may have sent it and we did not get it who knows. At any rate here is the link:

Yes I did but have not heard back. They say to expect  a reply by April 6th

I got scared reading another post stating they got their ROC denied  due to no Biometrics when they never got notice.

I saw this but was wondering how to fill it out properly. Do we put I-751 as the form? And I don't see anything like "biometrics" in the  Notice Type as well. How did you fill it out? I just don't want to ask the wrong question

Yes I just put I-751 and then no notice they ask for the last action that was NOA, so I'm assuming they know Biometrics notice is next. Once I get the reply we'll see if they understood! I had to do something though.

I'm not sure if I can really come to any conclusions since so few people keep their timelines updated, but the ones that did and were originally K1 visas, their biometrics were waived. I also found it interesting their biometrics notice were slower than CR1s, like 3-4 months after their ROC NOA. I was mostly looking at timelines from groups from a year ago. 

 

I'm waiting 2 more weeks (60 days after submission) before I send the service request.

Ha! You’re more patient than me. They received my package on 02-01 and I sent a service request.

At 70 days status just changed to show fingerprints were taken (wavied). Not sure if the service request had anything to do with it or not. But it's likely the request jogged someone's  memory and they said, "we forgot schedule Biometrics for this case." At any rate we'll continue to wait and see if we interview or not.
