Call your bank and see if you can put a stop payment.

how long ago did you send it? What does your tracking number say?

Sent it two weeks ago, it just says delayed and date not available

i will call my bank. But will that create issues with uscis trying to cash the fee from the second packet i’m sending?

I mailed my packet before expiration date and it’s never been delayed by ups, they’re doing an investigation but I’m not hopeful.

my green card expires tomorrow so i will have to resend the packet..will it be an issue for filing late?

i’m also worried they might charge me twice if the first packet gets delivered

any suggestions? I’m so worried 😔

If USCIS cashes your payment method then they have accepted your case. If you don't see payment on your card by the expiration date on your green card USCIS is unlikely to charge your card as your application will be rejected.

You should wait a week to 10 days to see what happens. If it is late, arriving at USCIS usually returns your i751 package to you without cashing your payment method, simply rejecting the package and returning it to you.

If this makes your i751 late anyway you can afford to wait and see what happiness You will refile a couple of weeks with a letter explaining why your application was late, you got a good reason.

We got our letter today but my husband's name is  abbreviated vs his full name. He has a 2 part first name, no middle name and 4 last names. On past notifications his whole name was written out, but this one they used initials for some. Should we request it be corrected?

The name on the extension should match the GC, I would say call them at the least!

Did an e-request. They have until March 1st to respond. Until then, just sit and wait, then plan to call.

Our package was delivered on 31st jan, it is 8th today and no text ( we filled g1145) and check hasn't been deposited yet? Is it normal,  green card expires on 15 march

Ours was also delivered on the 31st and still no text/email. Not sure if it's normal, but my paranoid self is freaking out. Green card expires Feb 27 😔

I was just reading your earlier post, we sent our package through ups as well and it was delivered on 31st as well. Did you send it to Phoenix address?
