Has anyone received any updates? I’m feeling frustrated. All I know is that the fingerprints were waived for the biometrics. That was months ago. Come January it will be 1 year not hearing anything. What are even the possibilities at this point? Immediate approval and send a new green card, an RFE, a home visit, or another interview?

Fill in your timeline that would help you and others as they respond to your questions.

I’m planning on filing my N 400 too, I thought I had to wait until my full 3 yrs though and file in April… but I’m assuming you are saying you can file 90 days in advance?

It's the same as your 751, you can file 90 days prior to your 3 year residency anniversary. However, because the receiving computers seem to be on PST, I would advise you not to file exactly on the 90 day mark because it might be rejected. We have seen some cases like that here. So just wait two or three days after.

Is there anything special you need to do if your i751 is still pending and you apply for your N400, or do you just apply as you normally would for neutralization?

Do not apply for neutralization (scary to think what it might be!), rather for naturalization

Nothing special, but it helps including copy of I-751 receipt and cover letter explaining you still have ROC pending.

Good idea,  who would the cover letter be addressed too since we'll be filing online? Would you happen to have an example of that cover letter?

Yup I'm writing my cover letter from my perspective (conditional green card holder) but I don't think it matters as long as you're clear and fill the I-751 out right.
