How long will it take my case from  " Case ready to be scheduled for interview"  to the Actual interview. I have been waiting for 3 months now since I saw that status nothing has changed. Asking to  those who have pass through this. How long did you wait before the actual interview?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

My wife just returned from Taiwan with the last document she needs to apply.......but she will probably wait until this summer to submit her N-400.  She will then be eligible to apply under the 5 year rule.

Mine was interviewed scheduled last Dec 14 after waiting for 2 years, didn’t file citizenship. Now just waiting for the actual mail and the date. Hopefully you’ll hear from them next week 🙏

I figure my wife will get a combo interview when she applies for citizenship in a few months.  The delay in the I-751 hasn't really been much of a problem, although we had to get an ADIT stamp in her passport back in September so that she could make a trip to Taiwan last month.  Her Texas driver's license won't expire for a few more years.

The status “interview ready to be scheduled” only means that they reviewed your package and they sent it/ will send it to your local office. It all depends on how busy your local FO is… And it is useless to compare with other cases. When I did AOS, my case went from “interview ready to be scheduled” to “interview scheduled” in… 2 hours. I kid you not!!! But I think that must have been a glitch In their system or something. And on the other hand there are people that wait for months.

My 10year card came in the mail without going for COMBO interview. I'm under 3 year rule and I applied for I 715 January 2020 and status was on "we ready to schedule your interview". I applied for my N400 June 2021. But in October my I-715 was approved and card mailed to me. Now I'm waiting on my N400 interview. I think it's a miracle 🤣
