Hi

I am planning to file soon my N400 application, just wondering what happens if my application got denied due to failing to meet residential presence in the US.

If I got rejected, will they revoke my Green Card? if not, how long should I wait to re-apply again?

Thank you

Only an immigration judge can revoke your LPR status.  If USCIS concluded you abandoned your LPR status it could issue a notice to appear in immigration court.

For N400, reapply when you become eligible.

If you think that you will be rejected, then wait until you meet the requirements!

If you are a permanent resident, then you should be fine as long as your green card is not about to expire.
