Made a mistake on i130

I applied I 130 for my dad and I was checking the PDF file and just realized I didn’t add myself and one of my sister in beneficiaries family..I’m freaking out what should I do now?? 
mom applying for my mom now should I add myself and my sister in the beneficiary family what should I do about my dad application

Please try to explain this a little better.  It is not completely clear what the issue is.

By checking the copy of the application it looks like I didn’t add myself and one other child of beneficiary…when I applied for my mom, I doubled check that I put my name and my sister’s as well in the beneficiary family we’re 6siblings but in my mom’s application as well it’s not showing my name and my sister as well so I’m pretty sure I did add my sister and mine name in dad’s application too but why it’s not showing in the copy of the application( I did it online)
