B5AD8D60-C589-4344-8796-FB6DC77895C7.thumb.png.af5a218562a47ac3242c972dd81669af.pngCan anyone tell me that my fiancé basically needs to fill out DS-160 now? I called NVC and got Case and Invoice ID on December 14 and I was told; case number was created on December 13th and was also told that they don’t have any information regarding the time for our documents to get to Embassy. Help would be ready appreciated.

Post-NVC processes are consulate-dependent.  No one here can help you with so little information.   If you want good answers, fill out your timeline.
