No, she doesn’t have B visa stamp. She did got refused once in 2019, but this time the embassy said everything is ok and they went ahead and issued the visa. Could it be the previous case was not officially closed? The status in CEAC shows status as “unknown” for her previous case.

What do you mean by "previous case"?

Is that the tourist visa application or another visa application?

That was a previous K1 visa application that she was denied, and my son re-apply again to get this new one

It sounds like they refused the K1 visa AFTER it was printed, so they had to cancel it. Would be important to know the reason why it was refused/canceled, in order to fix any issue and apply again.

Yes, but the embassy didn’t issue a letter or anything to explain the reason for cancellation of the visa

I would assume the 2nd one was refused for the same reason as the first.

Do you know the reason why the first application was denied?

Yes, there was a mismatch on her previous marriage divorce date on the visa application vs on actual divorce decree

Did they provide a reason for the first K1 refusal? Did they say it was just the divorce decree issue?

When my son applied the 2nd time, USCIS requested for more evidence (RFE). In the RFE.letter it stated the reason and mismatch of her divorce date was the highlight which led to her visa refusal
