Keep your head up and think positive. You have absolutely nothing to lose because after all you’re in legal status currently.

 

Immigration can be heartless however I’ve also read of and personally know many situations that looked hopeless and ended up with a favorable result.

 

I wouldn’t pay an attorney for this because in my opinion it’s more of a moonshot luck thing than a complex case that an experienced attorney can turn around through expertise.

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!

They involved coercion and mentioned Trump obviously this is very different

Love this!! This was our thinking exactly. Lawyers upon lawyers said my brothers case was hopeless but we took a shot in the dark and voila! Thanks for your words, it’s what i needed to hear :)
