ROC February 2022 filers (merged)

Hi hi!

 

February filer here! But my filing window had opened in December… just couldn’t get it all together until this week. Regardless, I’m still within the 90 day window and it was mailed today so yay! 
 

Interesting hearing about AOS interviews being waved. My interview was on February 27 so just a few weeks before everything down. 
 

As for this application, everyone notice the update to the mailing addresses on February first?

Hello everyone,

 

We sent our package on the 4th, USPS sent us a delivered notification on the 9th. And we still didn't receive any notification from USCIS even though we filed the  Form G-1145, e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

Does anyone know how much longer we should expect to wait. Or should I start getting worried already?

Huh, I hadn't! Not quite ready to print my label and things yet. Thanks for the headsup!

Interesting to see they divide it by states now.

Unfortunately for me I had my packet ready to go and while sat outside the post office I noticed they had updated the address a few days before the date I had on my cover letter. And that the state I’m applying from is to now send it to Illinois. Had to go home and change the address on the letter and have some of my affidavits updated also. Oh well, not the end of the world! 
 

It is interesting that they now have 2 offices accepting the application… maybe a good sign that they’ll speed up the process?

I feel like mine was interesting, because we didn’t have an in- person interview, but they still asked me to send the evidence for a bona fide. I’m just curious whether that qualifies as an interview waiver or not.

Congrats on the NOA! Always nice to have something in hand.

It will be interesting to see if that was a waiver. If I remember correctly, our interviewing officer didn’t ask to see any of the evidence of our relationship. Just had a very pleasant chat with both of us, cracking jokes, etc.
