I am really starting to get worried. My office is NBC too and I haven't gotten my biometrics appointment yet. What do you all think? Maybe it depends on the field office? Mine will be Orlando.

You can put in a service request. My service center is different than yours, but it's  been 60+ days and no notice of Biometrics. Maybe they sent it and we did not get it thus the service request. Hopefully they will at least check and be able to tell us if it's been sent or not!

Have many February filers gotten their biometric appointment yet? I see some people have but without updated timelines it’s not very helpful…

Did biometrics today, it was super quick

The case is now under review so i guess it’s a waiting game

What is your service center? You could add that to your time line.

UPDATE (but nothing too fancy!) on Monday I received an email from USCIS and for a minute I was like “Yasssss! An update!”. Well, here’s the “update” after my service request:

The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the USCIS Contact Center at the number provided below.

…..

I bet it took more time to send that email than deciding what to do about my biometrics!

Do you think it is possible that they waived it?

I would think that if they waived it, they would have sent me an update. That’s what they usually do. But who knows, it’s USCIS and stranger things have happened.

I think it's gonna be waived, they just have not gotten around to it. Mine took 60+ days too and was waived. In fact just got the official letter today. But yes I think it'll be waived.
