I’ve seen where others just select the “all field offices” and use that processing time. I believe there is also an entire thread dedicated to the MSC service centre that you may find helpful.

MSC is the same as NBC. 
Still, don’t even look at processing times. They’re BS and ultimately, it depends on how busy your FO is.

Thank you for replying.  I see that they received your case on the 8th. They received mine on the 10th. So, I am hoping mine will show up soon. 

If you don't mind me asking which center were you at? 

And also, did your online status update to show that you have the biometric appointment?

I'm at the Missouri center (MSC case number). No further update to my case; status remains at "case was received"
