So you've filed your N-400? Did you do so online? I did mine today and got a Biometrics reuse and receipt today as well. I read a thread somewhere that said it would be good to include a cover letter if you have a pending ROC but I didn't add one. I hope to get a combo interview. *crossing fingers*

Hi Feb '22 filers.. I received the 48 month extension letter yesterday for ROC. 

So I'm wrapping up my N400 paperwork today, to get that filed!

I got my 48 month extension in the mail today lol.

 

Waiting for my N-400 interview to be scheduled.

Received a 48-month extension letter in the mail a couple of weeks ago. I also happened to go abroad last week and the border patrol agent was very confused to see such a long extension. It would appear this is a new development and perhaps indicative of USCIS's success with clearing their backlog...

I filed online for N-400; it's pretty offensive that they know you've already paid for the biometric appointment with your ROC application but they still charge you again for it...

my whole ROC journey so far (red is about the biometrics):

Feb. 10 2022              Mailed ROC

Feb. 11 2022              ROC date filed

Feb. 14 2022              NOA1 (WAC)

Jul. 13 2022               NOA2- biometric appointment waived, no refund for fee collected, old biometrics will  be reused (last time I had biometrics taken: Apr. 09 2019)

Jul. 14 2022               Case Status changed to "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken"

Dec. 26 2022              Filed N-400 online, NOA and Biometrics reuse same date

Mar. 20 2023              NOA3- 48 month GC extension from date of expiration

 

still waiting for that N-400 interview date (which is hopefully combo I-751)

Oh, but this is the ROC thread. My N400 status is: Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS.

 

I don't think it's changed since the day I submitted:

Hi there, I filed the N-400 online and have received notice to appear for my fingerprints to be taken. It looks like they reused fingerprints in your case from your pending i-751 petition. Did that just happen automatically or did you specifically flag in the N-400 application that you had previously provided biometrics? Has anyone else had to provide biometrics twice as well?
