Why would that have anything to do with it, she's here in the US now!  But I hear ya, you never know! 22 days OMG I was floored when I saw that!

thanks. just making sure since nothing had been posted here in months

Just nothing is happening. Some lucky October / November 2021 filers are getting approved, so nothing here expected for at least another 3 month in my opinion.

I checked the Case Processing Times tool on the USCIS website today... https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

And no surprises, the processing time has increased for Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (I-751) at California Service Center.

When I checked in October, it said on average, 80% of cases are completed within 10 months.

Now it's saying, for the processing time, on average, 80% of cases are completed within 14 months.

Lovely! When I checked some time last year, it was allegedly 7 months. Now 14. Oh well. Thanks for the update 🥳

Yup... For those of us in Potomac Center it's now 26 months. So I guess count yourself lucky your service center is 2x faster...

At this point I'll just be glad if they approve it before the 24 month extension expires (or that N-400 is approved, but we are waiting until January or February to file it).

I wonder if anyone case status is still "Case was Received" since Feb 2022 up until today.

It's complete silence. No notification about Biometric being scheduled or waived also. It's probably normal but I guess I just need to know that my package isn't lost or something.

I filed a request for a missing notice for biometrics, and a week later they were reused. Not sure if it was just a coincidence, but a few of us have done it and it worked.

If you could show me how to do that I would really appreciate it!
