Hello everyone! Our window opens on 01/29/2022, but just to be on the safer side, we are mailing our ROC package around February 4th. Our package is almost ready to go, so I thought maybe I could start the thread for February filers! ROC fun here we come!

Quick question: with all this evidence, do I need to include ALL bank statements (every month) or is it ok to do one quarterly?

The reasons I’m asking are a) I feel like it will be a lot of paper, and b) I’m just afraid of including too many documents that are unnecessary, thus making my process even longer!

Best if you do monthly, more is better as USCIS wants to see income and expenses being shared over time.

You are not required to send it all, but I did.

People have gotten RFEs for not sending monthly statements, on the other hand people have gotten approved  for sending quarterly. I think it depends on the IO and their mood. I also will submit  monthly statements. It does increase your packet size big time  though. Take a look at my packet in the January  2022 I-751 Filers and you be the judge. Better safe than sorry later.

Yeah I’ll do monthly then. Knowing myself, if I send the package with quarterly statements, I’ll be all worried. For peace of mind, I’ll send every month.

I know it's an extra hassle, but piece of mind is worth it.

And another thing speaking of whether your interview will get wavied, it's anyone call. I'm thinking the same thing thus throwing the kitchen sink at them. Just think we still have to save documentation on the chance that we do have an interview. Documentation from the day you sent off your packet until the actual interview day. Plus bring what you sent in your packet! You did make an additional copy right?

Yep. This is what I did for my AOS ever since we dog the “interview ready to be scheduled” updated. And I plan on collecting evidence as soon as we mail that monster package.

Quick question: hubby and I have one joint bank account with a certain bank. Well, we moved from West Virginia to Ohio, and that bank is not in Ohio. So we are thinking of switching banks and have indeed opened a new joint bank account in another one. We're wanting to pay utilities in January with that new bank, but I'm thinking it might throw the officer off if the sees 23 statements from one bank and then 1 from another? Is it better to wait until we file and then switch banks? I might be overthinking it, but...
