Hey! We received our NOA1 on the 5th October 2021z we received our NOA2 on the 9th December 2022!

Just waiting for the NVC to create our case file, I’m curious what happens between now and our medical.

Have you received your welcome letter from nvc and paid your fees?

Same here, i got approved December 20th and didn’t hope to wait much longer for the whole nvc process. But as it appears everyone else is waiting 60-90 days for the welcome letter then another 30 days or more for interview date.

That is insane, 30 days until your interview or  30 day just for the date?

looking at the NV site, they’re currently creating a file for USCIS approvals received in November. So it looks like a 60 day wait at the moment.

How long you wait for an interview compeltely depends on your embassy. Some are a couple weeks, others are months. I'd look for someone who recently got K1 at your embassy on the timeline search to get an idea :)

Guys, so on my case status I got approved on DECEMBER 20th, 2021. NO1 was October 12th, 2021. Received NO2 by December 27th or 28th. Now on January 12th, 2023 my case status changed. Now it says I got approved on January 12th, 2023 and yesterday I received another NO2. Im not only worried that my case was not sent to the NVC on my first approval because thats 2-3 weeks backed up already if they waited until my January approval to send it to NVC. This also shows how unorganized they have been with these case because how do you approve a case twice? That second time approving me could've been someone else that have not heard from them at all and have been waiting forever.

Okay your timeline above is a little confusing.

You said you got your approval on December 20th, 2021... Did you mean 2022?

You said you received your NOA2 on December 27th or 28th, was that in 2022 just 3 weeks ago?

If you meant you got those things in 2022, just a few weeks ago, well you worrying WAY too soon. You should expect to wait a couple of months, not a few weeks.

Their concern is they got a second noa2 in January so there concerned they're now an extra few behind on the nvc queue

So their noa2 is dec but also jan so which is accurate??

Apology first approval is DECEMBER 20th, 2022.

As long as the receipt number from the NOA1 matches the NOA2 I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
